My name is Troy, but most folks call me “Cap”. I have been covering the NFL Salary Cap since 2012. I have worked for Overthecap.com since 2017, completing analysis and contract data entry. I have also been a credentialed media member assigned to the Houston Texans since 2018. I attend training cap, and home games to cover the team every week.
I have developed numerous relationships across the league within the media and NFLPA-certified agencies. With my media access and league-wide relationships, I can provide you with quality and accurate information and data.
