Listened to your whole broadcast and was well worth the time. You mentioned Scruggs struggles last year playing LG then move back to LG last week. Do think because they spent high draft capital on him & Kenyon Green is reason why they had so little competition in camp & waited this long to make changes to underperforming OL?
Thanks as always Wesley. We've heard Caserio say multiple times that that draft or contract doesn't guarantee a roster spot. Seems a bit hypocritical when there seemed to be zero competition for Kenyon Green at LG and Scruggs at C in training camp and preseason. My personal belief is the team REALLY wanted to Kenyon Green to be serviceable, and gave him more than enough time to prove it. The injury was fortunate timing.
