Hi everyone! Like most of you, I was hoping for a fun and competitive game on Thursday Night Football, but appears that is off the table.

I’ve been contemplating the future of this newsletter and my work. I’ve built a strong following here on Substack, and I want to make it even better! To do that, I need to make a change…a big change.

After 168 free newsletter posts. I am turning on the paywall.

I know…I’ve preached about keeping my newsletter as a free newsletter. To make this newsletter even better, this is a needed change.

I spend multiple hours per week developing each newsletter edition. With the advent of using the Chat Room for my All-22 Review, that takes additional time. I want it to mean something to you.

So what does this mean for you?

If you choose to remain a free subscriber, you will receive access to occasional newsletters, likely about once a month.

If you are already a paid subscriber, thank you! Nothing will change for your subscription.

If you choose to upgrade to the paid subscriber, you will receive the following benefits:

Access to all new newsletters and posts.
Access to archived newsletters.
Access to the Chat Room including the All-22 Film Review.
Ability to create threads/questions in the Chat Room.
Access to Live Stream Sessions.

I am also offering an upgraded Founders Plan with additional benefits:

Priority to all emails and Chat Room questions/comments. Your profile will be noted as a Founding subscriber.
Private Q&A Sessions via Live Sessions either through YouTube or Substack’s new Live Sessions tool.

Starting tomorrow, September 13, 2024, I will be offering a discount special of 20% off your paid subscription for 12 months.

You must use this special link: Special Discount

I hope to earn your paid subscription upgrade. If you choose to stay on the free plan, I understand and still appreciate your support.

Thanks,

-Troy
